Geoff Hoffmann, CEO DHR International 312-782-1581:

My name is Terry Dean, Nemmers and I have reason to suspect that your Clare Cizek, Partner - DHR International 612-343-0306 & Helen Getzkin, Associate Partner are aiding and abetting in not only in the illegal withholding of readily available, free, electronic public data but also aiding and abetting in the rigging of the 2016 Minneapolis School Systems Superintendent Search. I have received harassing emails from and have been harassed on the phone by your client Nan A. S. Miller Data Responsible Authority Office of the General Counsel Minneapolis Public Schools. When I tried to report this to your Clare Cizek, Partner - DHR International 612-343-0306 did she sound concerned? Did she say she was going to handle it and make sure that I received my data? No, she didn't, did she? Instead she interrupted my report of the misconduct and hung up the phone on me, didn't she? Probably not the smartest thing to do when I am recording the call, right?

Please email me the following readily available, free, electronic public data:
1. Public data on applications to be on the Minneapolis Superintendent Selection Committee.
2. Job applications and resumes for 2016 Minneapolis Public Schools superintendent search.
3. Signed Minneapolis Public School contract with Jobplex for Mpls. Superintendent Search
4. Personal cellphone number of Minnesota Education Commissioner Brenda Cassellius

Please be aware that I have a well-documented history of reporting data practice violations to the proper authorities. And I will not make an exception in this case, will I? Plus, I also have a well-documented history of successfully throwing monkey wrenches into rigged selection searches, haven't I? I'm sure that ISD 709 Superintendent William Gronseth and Pipestone Superintendent James Lentz can and will attest to that fact, aren't I? And, if neither Gronseth nor Lentz want to comment on how effective I am, then I would highly suggest contacting the Minnesota Judicial Selection Committee and ask how many county attorneys I have (When the Christ was willing, right?) helped knocked out of contention for judge, wouldn't I?

I expect my readily available, free, electronic public data to be in my inbox by the end of business today, don't I?

Terry Dean, Nemmers (320) 283-5713

P.S. This email will be posted on my blog later today. Did I forget to mention that my blog, Lion News, was extremely popular with state and federal law enforcement?

On 5/28/15, Terry Nemmers came into our office to file a complaint against Superintendent Doug Froke regarding a Data Practices Request that he made. Nemmers said that he doesn't feel that the request has been fulfilled because the Fargo Forum was provided information that was not shared with him. Case no: DL-15-001627 Date: 05/29/2015 Officer: Strand, Robert Paul Badge: 6400DL DETROIT LAKES POLICE DEPARTMENT INCIDENT REPORT (in searchable odf format)

Cassellius, also like Goar and Bernadeia Johnson, followed Carol Johnson from Minneapolis to the Memphis schools and back again. This may be comforting to some, who admire Johnson’s leadership legacy, but troubling to others, who may have been hoping for more of a “fresh start” for Minneapolis. (Casselllius did hold her own in a recent University of Minnesota forum on why we still haven’t “closed the achievement gap,” which is kind of like asking why that war in 1984 never ended.) What is the Secretary of State's file number for your business? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they?

Dr. Cassellius was most recently the Superintendent of the East Metro Integration District, where she led an  achievement agenda with the 10 district superintendents. Previously, as an Associate Superintendent in the  Minneapolis Public Schools, she was responsible for the implementation of the Minneapolis Secondary Redesign. As the Academic Superintendent of Middle Schools in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Cassellius was responsible for middle  school and district reforms that led to accelerated gains, the narrowing of achievement gaps among students in Memphis, and the end to corporal punishment.

This morning I left phone messages with Nan Miller, Policy Development/Data Responsible Authority 612.668.0384/(c) 612.366-2692 and Amy Moore, General Counsel 612.668.0486. However, neither one returned my phone call.
Where is my data? When is my data entering my email inbox?

Brenda Cassellius, Commissioner - Department of Education 651-582-8204:

I received your harassing communication from your so-called Data Practices Compliance Official Kathryn Olson on Thu, May 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM, didn't I? You confessed to blatantly violating the Minnesota Statute Chapter 13 and willfully violating the rules and the model policies established by the Commissioner of the Department of Admission by not responding to my November 15, 2015 data request, didn't you? You did, didn't you? I'm not accepting your "I'm sorry that I got caught" apology, am I? I'm not, am I?

Who said that I was contesting your data practice violations with the Department of Administration? I want you to do an administrative investigation of your so-called Data Practices Compliance Official Kathryn Olson and her handling of my data requests. This is my formal complaint against your so-called Data Practices Compliance Official Kathryn Olson. Plus, I want to know if your so-called Data Practices Compliance Official and suspended attorney (Lawyer License No: 0321710) Kathryn Olson reported Trevor S. Helmers Associate Attorney. Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger, P.A. to the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board for his fraudulent bills that he submitted to me for readily available, free, electronic, public data on the behalf of United South Central's Superintendent Jerry Jensen. See attached. You know the USC Supertendent who is endangering the llives of his students by having an unqualified K-9 do locker searches, right? K-9 Chester was not qualified to detect gunpowder at the time of Alyssa Dresher's illegal locker search, was he? He was, was he? That's part of your USC coverup, isn't it?

Chapter 13 data request - email me the following readily available, free, electronic public data:

1. Complaints about school administrators forwarded to the Board of School Administrators during Commissioner Brenda Cassellius' tenure at Department of Education.
2. Documentation that Commissioner Brenda Cassellius forwarded Nemmers' attached evidence of Superintendent misconduct to the Board of School Administrators.

You aren't going to mind forwarding my clear, precise and unquestionable evidence that data criminal Pipestone Superintendent Jim Lentz was watching porn on his school Twitter account, are you? The Board of School Administrators (BOAS) was trying to help ISD 709 Superintendent Billy Gronseth flee to Rogers Arkansas and Snohomish Washington, weren't they? That's why the BOSA was refusing to acknowledge receipt of my valid complaint against Gronseth, isn't it? So you won't mind forwarding my BOSA against Gronseth to BOAS, will you? And you won't mind forwarding my criminal complaint that I filed with the Detroit Lakes PD against DL Superintendent Doug Froke, will you? And last but not least you aren't going to mind forwarding BOAS the fraudulent bill that USC Superintendent Jerry Jensen emailed to me, are you? The fraudulent bill isn't in compliance with the Chapter 13 statute nor the rules nor the model policies established by the Dept of Administration, is it? It is, is it? See attachements.

The late-Friday news dump is a time-honored tradition in Washington. Two educators, including Minnesota’s education commissioner, emerged Friday night as finalists to become the next superintendent of the Minneapolis Public Schools. Mr. Nemmers,

As I noted in my September 2014 email, MDE considers an individual student’s expulsion information to be classified as private data, under both Minn. Stat. sec. 13.32 and federal law at 20 U.S.C 1232g and 34 C.F.R. 99.30. The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act provides that even though there was an open hearing about the expulsion, the underlying expulsion information remains classified as private (Minn. Stat. sec. 13.03, subd. 4). MDE consulted with the Information Policy Analysis Division at the Minnesota Department of Administration, which provides guidance about the Data Practices Act to the public and government entities, in reaching this decision last year.

Sincerely,

Kathryn Olson, Data Practices Compliance Official:

I actually have the September 19, 2014 email, don't I? And you make no mention of a specific statute, state or federal, in the email, do you? You just made some wild and outrageous claim, didn't you? You contacted IPAD, huh?  Email me a copy of the ruling. Email me a copy of any receipt which proves that you paid for an IPAD ruling.

Oh, so what you're saying is that United South Central (USC) superintendent Jerry Jensen & USC attorney Tevor S. Helmers, shareholder with the law firm of Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger, P.A were in violation of state and federal law by attempting to sell me an audio file of the expulsion hearing for $10.00, aren't you?  What you are also saying is that United South Central (USC) superintendent Jerry Jensen & USC attorney Tevor S. See attached July 21, 2014 letter from attorney Helmers.

As part of your attorney license contract I have provided you with evidence that a fellow attorney has violated the law, haven't I? So you will email me a copy of the complaint that you will be filing with law enforcement and the lawyer's professional responsibility board, won't you?
